*COVID Policy Update*
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic we are currently experiencing shipping delays, to ensure the safety of you & our staff.

1. Delivery Notifications
You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched - this email contains the tracking number (if applicable) so you can track it online right to your door. You can also choose to have a delivery confirmation sent to your mobile phone via text message.
2. Delivery timescales
The delivery time scale is specified on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order. If placed before 12pm, subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be shipped the same day to be received the following day (excluding Sundays and bank or public holidays). Orders received just after 12pm are also often despatched the same day although this is not guaranteed.
Orders shipped on Friday by 5pm will be delivered the following Monday (unless a bank or public holiday).
Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd do not currently open on bank and public holidays. Orders received on these days will be despatched the next working day with the delivery timescales as above.
Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd operate a strict fraud screening process and therefore we are only able to offer this next-day service if the order is validated by our network easily. (e.g. it is being delivered to the billing address registered to the card, or it is being delivered to a known company, or you have used your card before and have no bad history). In almost all cases, this is a straight forward process and can be completed immediately.
If this is not the case (e.g. you specify an alternative residential address as the delivery location which resides in another county to the billing address) there may be a delay while Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd perform the appropriate checks. If Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this and what the next steps are.
In the event of a delay, Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.
3. Postage method
Orders where Next Day Delivery is selected are sent on Next Day Delivery via DHL. This means your item will be delivered the day after despatch.

4. Missed deliveries
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent require a signature.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd will inform you by email as soon as wereceive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-despatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
5. Late deliveries or despatch
Although Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day. Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.
The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
5.1 Consequential loss for late deliveries
If a delivery is late, e.g. the postal service fails to deliver within the guaranteed timescale, then Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd will provide a refund of any delivery charges that were charged to you. Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive deliveries.
6. Delivery to business addresses
Nursecall Shop and KAM Systems Ltd allow delivery to alternate delivery addresses including business addresses and places of work. If you do specify a business address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone available during normal working hours e.g. at reception who can sign for delivery on your behalf as UK Mail deliver to the address and not necessarily to the named person.
